HOW TO WEAR

Miss Balader pieces are made to be worn everyday and everywhere. Jump in the ocean please! And don’t remove your pieces before you shower - that only elevates the chance of you losing your new jewelry. Pieces will fade and they might oxidize sooner when worn in water, but who has time to take off their jewelry? We wear test all of the pieces to insure they will last long enough - but we can’t guarantee they will last forever. We try to keep our costs low so you can continue to collect Miss Balader pieces for years to come.

 

RETURNS

Miss Balader sales are final. We are a small business and can’t handle returns/ exchanges at this time. Please read the details on materials and measurements carefully before making a purchase or email us with any questions. If an item arrives damaged please e-mail the concern within 7 days of receiving the items for an exchange. Please do not send back purchases until you have contacted us. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

All custom orders and sale pieces are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

 

ABOUT JEWELRY / MATERIALS

Materials are sourced locally when possible, many items from etsy sellers themselves, and most beads come from a friendly vendor who sources from India and Africa.

 

CUSTom ORDERs

Don’t hesitate to reach out for custom size and/or color combination. Happy to make you anything you desire.

 

SIZING

Depending on your wrist size, many necklaces can be wrapped multiple times around your wrist to create a stack of bracelets. 

 

SHIPPING

Most of our items are made to order so please allow 2 weeks to receive it. If you have requested a special order please allow up to 3 weeks to ship out. If you need to receive your order for a specific occasion and need it asap, reach out and and we can see how to get it out to you sooner.

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate. You will be notified by e-mail when your order has been shipped with a customer-tracking number.

Miss Balader is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a safe address for orders to be delivered to. If packages are lost or damaged en route to the address, we will work with USPS to resolve the issue.
